RETURN POLICY

✤ Return & Exchange Conditions✤

We stand behind all the products that we design, make and sell.  We want you to be 100% satisfied with your purchase.  If for any reason, you are not happy with the product you received, you may return it within 10 days, for a full refund or exchange.

‣ Items returned without authorization will not be accepted.

‣ Items must be returned within 10 days of purchase. Orders received after this date will not be accepted for refund, exchange, or repair.

‣ All items must be returned in their original condition, without scratches or signs of wear, and must not be resized or altered in any way.

‣ When returning or exchanging items, customers must use a shipping method that has to track on it. Returns or exchanges with no tracking will not be processed.

‣ You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your jewelry. Shipping costs are non-refundable

‣ Custom pendants, watches & Other Custom jewelry will not be Returned or Non-Exchange.

✤ Non-Refundable Items ✤

‣ Final Sale items are not eligible for refund, exchange or resize’

‣ Custom and special-made jewelry cannot be canceled and are ineligible for a return or exchange due to the personalized and individualized nature of the item.  Zblue Jewel will charge a 30% restocking fee for the exchange of personalized items.

‣ Custom Name pendants & Cuban Chain Are non Refundable & not Exchange.

‣ Special Custom order items such as those with custom sizes & jewelry are not refundable. 

‣ Items that were worn, or sent to you as Replacement/Exchange are not refundable.

‣ Items sent to you as Replacement/Exchange are not refundable.

✤ Cancellation Policy ✤

In the even, you cancel your order after we have started making your jewelry but before it has shipped, the applicable restocking fee (30%) will be charged. 

Once your order has been shipped, it can no longer be canceled
